AQUA TRANCE - information

AQUA TRANCE is a conscious movement session held in a bespoke indoor heated pool, weaving the magic of water with music, and movement creating a safe container for expression, somatic exploration, and healing.

Experience the freedom of floating in warm water. Being supported, giving and receiving a meditative experience which connects you to your deepest essence. At the same time the sensual connection to your own body, caressed by the warm water, brings you back into the present moment.

The sensations of fluidity, pleasure, lightness within the womb like space of the warm water restores harmony to our emotions. The gentle caress of the hot water is both relaxing and comfortable making it possible to received great nourishment accompanied by an experience rejuvenation and rebirth.
