Together, we will explore how desire, as a vital energetic flow, arises from the core of our being and holds the power to shape our lives. When we are stuck in limiting patterns, this energy can become stagnant or distorted. But with the right practices, we can liberate and transmute this powerful force into manifestation.

In this series, we will guide you through embodied practices that will allow you to reconnect with the essence of your desire. These include practices in the studio and the indoor heated pool, that integrate Mind, Heart, and Body:

Movement and Dance – Connect to free-flowing movement unlocking the energetic potential of our physical bodies to hold on to, or liberate desire

Conscious Touch – Moves energy locked in the body, brings us into presence and awareness.

Breathwork and Sound - The voice holds the potential to unlock blocked energies, allowing our desires to flow more freely.

Guided Visualisation - Integrating and anchoring our dreams and desires into our reality

The three sessions of this journey form an integrated whole with a gradual progression held with care and safety.
