As we enter 2024, I would love to extend a heartfelt invitation to a one-day workshop that promises to set the stage for a year of growth, self-discovery, and the fulfillment of your deepest desires.
 
Biodanza, a dance of life and human potential, offers a unique and transformative experience that allows us to explore the essence of desire – that which we all are seeking. 
 
Rolando Toro asked hundreds of Chilean university students to share their deepest desires for life.  From this research, he distilled five areas which he translated into the Five Lines of Human Potential that we are all familiar with.
 
These core desires are…

   VITALITY – wanting to feel healthy
      SEXUALITY – wanting to feel the pleasure of living
         CREATIVITY – wanting to fully express our unique potential
            AFFECTIVITY – wanting to love and be loved
              TRANSCENDENCE – wanting to be connected with everything

In essence, when we learn to connect with our freedom to DESIRE, it becomes easier to follow our dreams and visions in life. 
 
During Vivencias in the workshop embrace the new year by exploring these five key desires so that by dancing and dreaming we can open new doors and possibilities together.  In the dreaming, we find a yearning heart that seeks to unfold a life worth living – in a year full of grace.
